Anyone who knows me reasonably well knows that i was once a mentalist bike riding nutta! I would throw myself down silly steep hills and use gravity as an accelerator and sometimes my face as a brake. I’d launch myself off of large piles of dirt in search of the perfect smooth take-off and try styling it up mid air before usually crashing in a crumpled grinning heap.

I don’t ride as much as i’d like to these days. London really put a downer on that. It’s not exactly full of inspiring places to ride and i didn’t have a car before i lost my real passion for it. Now i sometimes pootle out on my rig and enjoy a gentle ride.

I still looove riding and hope to get fit again and ride had again once more.

During the season of Advent i wanted to try and be thankful for as much as i can on a daily basis so I’m gonna try and be thankful for at least one thing a day
