This is a test email signature I’m playing with at work.
Its not there yet but i like most of it so far.
This is the corridor down to the post room at Tearfund.
No hidden, deep, passionate, weird or strange meanings today…just a corridor.
As a treat and in aid of Valentine’s day and as a reward for lots of hard work on the OakTree IT, we came to Brasserie Gerard and had a mammoth steal for two!

I’m doing a film for work and I was thinking of doing some of the GV’s in super slo-mo.
After seeing Oton Bačar’s amazing BMX Super slomo 1000fps & 2000 fps videos, where he converted the footage using After Effects and Twixtor (http://vimeo.com/17439665) I really wanted to see if I could find a workflow to suit the facilities I have.
I currently use an unhackable Panasonic GF1 so I cant shoot at 59.94fps. I’m stuck with AVCHD lite shooting at 25fps standard. I also don’t have access or budget to get After Effects or Twixtor but I do have Final Cut Studio.
I then saw Crumplepop’s video tutorial on how to do something similar using Apple Motion by converting footage shot with a Canon 60D from 59.94fps to 1000fps. (http://vimeo.com/18441588)
Using the same process but adjusting the figures a bit I managed to create this video.
I think with a bit of further testing and adjusting I could get much better results but for a first draft it’s not too shabby.
I rode to work for the first time this year. I was thinking it would be warm as it has been getting milder….it wasn’t. It hurt….my lungs don’t like me right now. Loved being back on the bike though.
This shot was a lone flower in a flower bed i saw on my way to get some lunch.
So I am just a bit tired of this theme, I want to go back to a better blogging theme and so I’ll rise the old one from the dead…

Inspiring!
On my way to work this morning and as I was passing the entrance to Syon Park when i noticed this wall of fog rolling along the river so i stopped and snapped these with my GF1.
I got some stunning results!
Not that I’ve ever seen blood pouring down steps or anything, let alone purple blood – but this shot made me think that.
Actually it was water from our recycling bin, all the paper had mulched and the water turned purple!
I love lone objects!
I love when an object is out of place and feels desolate.
Maybe its the loner I used to be identifying with it.
Or not?
