I'm no plumber but I'm pretty sure that this is not how the boiler outlet should behave…The boiler turned on and soon starting making a horrible noises so Ruth shouted for and I rushed in and shut it off. Then pressure was dangerously high so I let the pressure off with the valve (which is what you can see in the video.The initial relief forced the outlet pipe around 180degrees so it now comes out the wall and points up and away from the building instead of down and towards the building.Better call the landlord!
